Question: What opportunities exist due to unmet national or institutional needs, or due to innovations inside and outside of higher ed?

Northern New England lacks a School of Public Health. Social determinants are the drivers of community health. Understanding the relationship between how we live our lives and the economic, social and physical environments that surround us are the keys to solving our most persistent health problems. See, e.g., The RWJF Commission to Build a Healthier America.
