Northwestern Strategic Plan Unveiled

Northwestern Strategic Plan Announcement: "Four simple words – discover, integrate, connect, and engage" is a memorable model for marketing, and structure for goals and future actions; The presentation praises what exists at Northwestern, and says that future successes will be evidence that this is a good plan; The presentation / plan sets the aspirations, and charges students, faculty, and administration with providing the specific ideas to achieve the goals; The plan does not seem to identify or provide the infrastructure or incentives that people will need to try their ideas.
